Kurta Corner – Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges
At Kurta Corner, we offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
You may request an exchange for a different size or color (same article), or for another article of equal
value.
Exchanges can be processed at our Tariq Road outlet, or through courier for online orders.
Within Karachi vs Outside Karachi
Within Karachi: We offer a pickup facility for exchanges.
Outside Karachi: Customers are required to courier the item back to us.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition and
packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Refund Policy
No refunds are offered under normal circumstances.
In case of a defective or incorrect item, a refund may be processed after inspection.
Shipping & Handling
For change of mind, size issues, or preference, the courier cost will be borne by the customer.
If the issue is from our end, it will be handled accordingly.
Complaint Registration
All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share clear images of the product, tags/barcode, and packaging (if applicable).
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
